The lamp has an attractive shape. It looks good on my desk. The 30 watts probably would have been better with 35 watts.

I do miniature modeling and painting and previously used a pair of cheap swing-arm lamps to provide good light fill on my desk. Since replacing BOTH lamps with this one, I've noticed my skills improved. This single lamp provides great lighting without throwing any heat on my workspace. Especially after replacing the tubes with natural light spectrum tubes, I'll never use another lamp again.
